Getting there:North - There are 2 ways to travel from Dublin: 1 N4/N6 - Galway Road. Follow N4 as far as Kinnegad bypass, follow the N6 for Galway and continue as far as Kilbeggan. When you reach Kilbeggan take a left for Tullamore N52. South - From Cork: Follow the N8 as far as Portlaoise. On the outskirts of Portlaaoise watch out for signs for Tullamore N80. Continue on the N80 through Mountmelick and Killeigh. East - There are 2 ways to travel from Dublin: 1 N4/N6 - Galway Road. Follow N4 as far as Kinnegad bypass, follow the N6 for Galway and continue as far as Kilbeggan. When you reach Kilbeggan take a left for Tullamore N52. West - From Galway: Follow the N6 as far as Athlone. Continue on the N6 to Kilbeggan. In Kilbeggan, take the N52 to Tullamore. When you arrive on the outskirts of tullamore follow signs for town centre.

a pleasant hotel in a great location. Bedroom was very nice. breakfast was basic but okay.
The hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the town which is full of pubs, shops and things to do. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
The Hotel was booked as a stop over to break the drive between Dublin & Ennis. The staff were attentive and the decor good.
shower door was poorly fitted so leakage from shower was carried out to the bedroom carpet by previous tennants, gave a poor first impression, however the room was huge and bed very comfortable.
Lovely hotel, but the bath had no plug. when I tried to call reception, could not find the number for the phonecall, despite going through the hotel room's documentation. So that was needleesly frustrating. however, once I got through the service was excelllent, and everything else about the hotel I can recommend.
