Omg, I thought I would pull my hair out. There was 2 rooms in the outdoor section that was having all nite party. I mean it was a open door party with people drinking in parking lot and loud noises and yelling ALL nite. 6am in the morning still going on. I was told by the young housekeeping guy that security was coming to take care of it. BS, they didn't do anything. And when I spoke to the front desk they had the audacity to tell me that we signed a waiver which was like a slap in the face saying anyone can make as much noise as they want an we sign our rights away by signing a waiver????? WTF is that all about.

I was a little weary of this place after reading some of the reviews, however, I took a risk because it was so close to everything. Let me tell you, this hotel was GREAT!!!! We stayed in the tower and the room was clean, the staff were very friendly. And you are literally within walking distance to everything!!!!!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a great value for the money. The room was huge and pretty comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was nice and had plenty of room. If your staying in Niagara and want a cheaper hotel within short walking distance to everything, then definitely stay here!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my boys went up to for the night at Clifton Hill, had a great time, location is right at the top of the hill, right next to the Wild Mushroom and Casino. Great time. Good room, great price. Only complaint is that I wasn't told I would have to pay for parking.

We were very happy with the room and the service. We have a large dog and they were wonderful about having him in the room and even offered to call us if we left him and there were issues. The rooms are older but the lobby and pool area were new. Excellent location (if you don't mind a hill on the way back) to the falls and all the tourist kitsch.

This Days Inn has been my go to for road trips with my friends. Great location and the view from our balcony in the tower was nice. Watch out for the $12 a day parking fee that you won't know about until you check out.

I traveled with a group of my college friends. We were there to see the falls but also the nightlife, both of which were in perfect walking distance. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with questions. The rooms were decent, nothing special but nothing to cringe over, typical hotel bedspread. Clean bathroom. We couldn't have asked for a better location and for what we paid it was good quality for our money. The pool area appeared to be recently renovated which is always nice. Both indoor and outdoor rooms and, as college students, we really enjoyed the convenience of the outdoor rooms. Plenty of parking and free with stay.

The Hotel provided was very accommodating. It provided basic necessities such as, a washroom with toilet and shower capabilities. A view of the outside and air conditioning. Also, a pool for a little time of relaxation. The Hotel was completely comforting and a great choice.

The location was great and in walking distance to all the fun and activities at Niagara Falls. Pleasant customer service, family friendly and a great location for family. If I were to go back to Canada I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

My stay was very good overall. My only disappointment was the lack of a continental breakfast which I thought was included in the price quoted.

the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to everything. the room was basic, but i did not spend much time in the room. the price was great at this booking, but i am sure it is higher on long weekends and in the summer months.

Curtious staff, good location, VERY basic, no breakfast, good coffe in lobby. You'll have to sign a contract stating you won't drink outside your room while you smoke and you'll turn your neighbours in if they're a wee bit loud while having fun. What's that?!

We had a jacuzzi room. We used it the first night. The next day we didn't use it because it was quite evident the tub was not cleaned.

Our stay was OK, the people at the front desk could be more outgoing and appear more helpful.

The Days Inn Clifton Hill hotel is in an excellent location for the Falls. Just a short walk down the entertaining Clifton Hill. They had strict rules about noise and this meant that it was quiet at night. Breakfast was also plentiful. They charge $10 per day parking because of the proximity to the falls, the hotel reception was understaffed, one lady was excellent trying to deal with everyone but there was occasionally a long waits. There is free wifi in rooms but no fridge. Unfortunately no washing machines for us to use. There is a pool so I think this is great for families who don;t need a washing machine or fridge.
