"Best thing is location freindly staff and good breakast variety at reasonable cost. Worst thing is beds very hard and wires can be felt. Ask for extra covers to provide more padding or better still a better bed." - Anonymous
"It is an extremely convenient hotel. Going to the forbidden city is just 3 minutes on foot. It is close to the subway, again 3 minutes on foot, and major shopping area and night market. However as I stayed in a budget room, it was not very clean and it was located underground. All in all, if I am going to Beijing again, I will consider staying in this hotel again, just that I will pay a bit more to get a better and cleaner room." - Anonymous
"Location is very near to popular tourist spots eg Forbidden City, Tiananmen, WangFujing, Chairman Mao Memorial etc. It takes less than 30 min walking time. Just outside the hotel is a bus-stop. The pricing is very good, value for money. Since the hotel is off the main road, taxi drivers have problem finding the place." - SOH YING HONG, ESTHER
"Location is perfect, the staff very nice and hospitable. I booked two rooms, one was a deluxe and the other a standard. The deluxe was much smaller than what I expected but thats fine if one uses it for sleeping only (no space for early morning yoga or push ups). But the view was very nice. The standard room needs a little more attention as the bed was hard and there was no window, you have to pay about 420 yuans for a window. Its a very basic room with mini bar etc.
But all your discomforts escape when you are greeted by a great breakfast in the morning and the nearness of the subway stations.
I would definitely stay here again." - Nabeel Wali
