Room is small, designed to sleep in, quick rests, not for folks looking for US sized hotel specifications / expectations. Remember your in the UK, space is a premium. You get what you are willing to pay for in London.
We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30am (check in is at 2pm) and the staff allowed us to check in and leave our bag in our room before it had been cleaned. This was great as we were not expecting to return to our room until 11pm that night. Location wise the hotel was ideal for us as we were attending a concert in Hyde Park. It's very close to Paddington tube station. Facilities were fine for us, and the room was clean. Breakfast was continental buffet style and had a decent range of items, including a pancake machine which my daughter enjoyed. We were also near enough to walk through Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and down Portobello Road on Sunday morning which we hadn't planned and were able to leave our bag with Reception until we returned. I would use this hotel again as it was an ideal base for us.
I´ve tried 9 - 10 different hotels in this street, and this one is without doubt the best, friendliest and most worthy one. Recommended !!! Ps Could do with a better bar... do something more out of it - perfect
nice hotel, location, cleanliness, service all good. only thing is when we arrival the room odor is so bad.
have stayed twice - first time had great room , but second i had poor shower which was affected by neighbours
Clean tidy rooms but extremely small. Quite noisy and would be hot in the rooms on a hot day (ventialtion was not good). Very well located near transport.
