"first visit to lourdes for us will be memorable. All the staff were very helpful and willing to please their guest , one staff in particular MARINA were so helpful and kind we missed our connecting train the hotel were notified we would be arriving late the staff were waiting to meet and greet us assisting us to our room. For 1st choice we could not have picked a better hotel the view from the solarium breathtaking.This hotel we will use in the future NONE OTHER the same room pls.thank all the staff and domestics" - faith turner
