"Very small room but average for London. Great location, close to Tube (Pimlico). Very hot room with no air flow. No Laundry facilities as advertised, but laundry service. There was a laundromat near by. Breakfast was ok, staff not overly helpful. PC with internet available in reception for reasonable price. Dodgy lift and uncomfortable bed but for 4 nights in London you have to make some sacrifices or pay a fortune. Clean enough, bathrooms a bit grotty." - Anonymous

"All the staff are very pleasant and helpful from the time you arrive until you leave.The rooms are clean plenty of space,the beds are comfortable.The continental breakfast included in our room price had plenty of choice and set you up for the day." - John McBride
