Very small room but average for London. Great location, close to Tube (Pimlico). Very hot room with no air flow. No Laundry facilities as advertised, but laundry service. There was a laundromat near by. Breakfast was ok, staff not overly helpful. PC with internet available in reception for reasonable price. Dodgy lift and uncomfortable bed but for 4 nights in London you have to make some sacrifices or pay a fortune. Clean enough, bathrooms a bit grotty.
Excellent location close to underground, bus, and cafes/restaurants. Staff very helpful.

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful from the time you arrive until you leave. The rooms are clean plenty of space, the beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast included in our room price had plenty of choice and set you up for the day.
The bar and restaurant are very basic, more like a breakfast room with a small bar in the corner.
The room was clean and comfortable but small. More lighting in the area where you put your cases would have been handy and the tiles on the floor of the shower were loose, uneven and dangerous. The continental breakfast was standard. Overall the price matched what we were expecting for London in this locality. We were able to walk to Victoria train and coach stations (in about 20 - 25 minutes), and only 5 minutes from Pimlico underground.
The room we stayed in was very small, but this being cental London all space is premium. If you opt for Continental Breakfast its easy to upgrade in the breakfast room. The Breakfast was really nice and the room really clean and fresh.
We were delighted with the friendly service and helpful advice. The rooms are small but quiet and clean and breakfast was very adequate. We would use the hotel again. Thank you.
Very central to sight seeing. Close to Victoria Station. Breakfast good.
Basic facilities but clean, convenient and the price not bad for central London. But the breakfast selection was very disappointing
Excellent location (few minutes walk from Victoria), nice rooms and plenty of choice for breakfast, although it would have been nice to see a little more fresh fruit!
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location with the no. 24 bus running outside the hotel through the West End and on to Camden. This time our room was tiny, but apart from that it was a good hotel.
As with all accommodation in London - not cheap and very small. Very well positioned though to 2 tube stations so easy access for travels
This hotel is in a great location and is good value for London accommodation. We were comfortable and the staff was very good. Breakfast was fine and over a reasonable period of time. The room was small but adequate to our needs, we didn't feel crowded in.
We are talking about London here pricing is expensive everywhere in London come prepared, other than that the hotel with there tourist informatiom was excellent and very courtesy staff. Breakfast was the same every morning, but for us the english food was great, and make sure when checking in if it is included and try to get a front room not a back room.
The sheets on the bed were dirty!
The Room are very very small...but everything is not bad...
Good: The staff was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is near the Pimilco station, which makes it easy to get around. There are some grocery stores near the hotel. The breakfast is ok. It's free as long as you don't touch the "hot" food that set in the middle of the table. Bad: If the room faces the street, it's very noisy throughout the night. We stayed in the 4th floor, but we were often waken up by different kinds of noises such as people screaming and traffic noise on the street.
Clean room, closer to Pimlico and Victoria than Westminstter (15 minute walk). iron in room, tea-making facilities, good shower - good nights sleep. Breakfast OK
Very small double room, bed comfortable but have to climb over the bed to get into the other side. Check in good, but evening staff indifferent. Restaurant not open in evening at the weekends. Short walk to Pimlico underground and Tate Britain.
The hotel was clean with updated bathrooms and friendly staff. Although the rooms are small, so is everything in London. We would definitely stay here again.
