No problems. A very average experience. Didn't spend much time in the room. Staff was fine. Beds were cozy.
it was clean, decent and okie dokie. ate at dennys for free, gambled, drank, slept. what more do ya need
Motel, mostly blue collar includes truck parking, all rooms have external doors, plenty of security at Casino. Charges amenity fee, but that covers Grand Slam at Denny's, paper, paper, WiFi (11MB), free coffee. Casino is older, but is full service (BJ, Craps, slots). Cheap beer ($2 20oz).
Stayed here during my 1st time in Vegas and the only issue i had was that I wish I had stayed on the strip. It's not difficult or far to get there but the location is still a bit inconvenient. There's a Denny's on-site and you get your breakfast included there. The bar has cheap drinks and the staff is friendly and somewhat helpful (every time I called and asked a question it was like talking to someone who had just started working there... no one knew the answers to simple questions like transportation from the airport). Other than that the price was right and had everything I needed. The rooms were basic and clean but they could use an update on the tv channels (maybe 8 total channels). Nothing special and no frills... just what I needed at the time, but my next trip there will be to a bigger name hotel.
Stay was good, but they failed to disclose that they charge a security deposite on the website. Need's to disclose all fee's up front and not on checkin.
The location was central to Vegas and easy to find. The staff was very nice, the room clean, the bed comfy. And all for a very agreeable price. Free brkfst at adjacent Dennys, too.
The hotel was located not too far from the strip. Not safe for walking because of the busy traffic but not too costly for a cab ride. Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only down point we experienced was bugs on the first floor. One night there was a cricket and some other weird bugs in the bathroom. I think they crawled in under the door because there was a gap under the door. The other downfall was that the cleaning people threw away my shampoo and body soap. I brought my own for a reason. Breakfast at Denny's was very convenient. Over all the hotel was average and good to stay at if you are not looking to spend a lot of money.
My review is written with the caveat that I stayed there during the weekdays, not the weekend. I don't think it's worth a hundred bucks a night on weekends, but for weekdays, you can't do better. The bed was extremely comfortable, and my room was very clean. The furnishings seem somewhat new. The staff was absolutely first rate. Very courteous and efficient. One minor issue was that they don't really have anyone to check on the pool area to kick people out after 10 p.m. That was mildly annoying, but it didn't really affect my stay.
staff friendly & helpful...room clean & free dennys breakfast a bargain.we could walk down to the strip with minimal fuss. car parking no problem ....value for money
NICE....AND CLEAN....BEST FOR A SORT VEGAS STAY....
Cant beat the price for location.Quiet location and walking distance to the strip. Loved the king size bed and outdoor swimming pool was great.Denny s resturaunt with grand slam breakfast daily was excellent Staff was perfect and very polite. The only complaint wi-fi could have been stronger in room other than that, THIS IS VEGAS BEST KEPT SECRET, WILL RETURN AGAIN NEXT TIME IN VEGAS NO DOUBT.
I stayed at this place for 4 nights, $43 with a free Denny's breakfast every morning. To be honest I think my only real complaint would be that the housekeeping people were pretty loud. Starting around 6 am i could hear them hollering down the halls to one another. Other than that, not bad. If you're looking for a very inexpensive place to stay so you can spend your money doing other things in Vegas I would definitely recommend this place. All the dealers in the casino were VERY friendly, actually cheering you on and engaging people in friendly chit chat. It's located about a mile off the strip, but the city bus is directly across the street and is only $2 a ride or $5 for a day pass. I would stay here again.
For the money this facility was ok, great bed though, well placed near the strip and access to the freeway . Check in ok Free Breaky was at Dennys and was very good. Had some problems with communication here.
Down the street from everywhere I wanted to go. Free Denny's breakfast is not bad either.
The interesting part was watching the "Hangover" movie on HBO at this hotel, after checking in and there was a scene where the guys meet the dancer (whom Ed gets married to) in a hotel room and it looked very similar to this hotel. Googled it and it was indeed the same hotel. In the movie the guys stayed at room 825. So, got a picture standing in front of the room. We got a great deal at this hotel and stayed here for seven nights. It was a no frills place with a decent double bed. The room was small but who stays in the room anyway. The towels are old but clean. If you are in the ground level next to the pool, it can get noisy. The room rate included a grandslam breakfast set at Denny's, just the basic one (eggs, toast, hasbrown etc). If you order anything else, they are extra. They charge a $5 daily fee which covers the internet access. All in all, a decent hotel for a great price.
cheap place to stay when passing through vegas
Outside of hotel not so great, inside clean and refreshing. Quality Mattress. AC inside was loud but the FREE breakfast/coffee at Denny's made it worth the price and stay!
Clean rooms.Dennys servers[...] take great pride in their work and really care about their customers.
Hi, As I was from Australia, it was a bit worrying waht kind of place we were getting. All was great. I think a name change is needed as when I said to the taxi drivers where i wanted to go, they made a comment Oh! the wild wild west. So I think a reputation on that name needs to be attended to.
