-From the MOTORWAY:Direction City Center, follow the river and turn" centre ville/Office de tourisme ", on the "Allées De Tourny", take on the left( Parking des Grands-Hommes ). From the parking take Rue Montesquieu and the first on the left Rue Franklin.
