Good hotel, renovating while we were there so not fully ready with all facilities. staff mostly hospitable.

Very small rooms, under renovations but clean. Hotel is a good 20 minutes brisk walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is undergoing restoration and the name is missing off the front of the hotel so it was a little hard to find initially. But our room was great, especially considering the price.

The Hotel was well located, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and in a nice neighborhood. Metro stop Dupiex was one block away with easy access to all metro lines. The hotel was clean and my room, although very small was newly renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful and English speaking. The price I paid for the hotel was very reasonable for Paris, a good deal for a new room. The hotel did not offer much in way of ammenites. Computers were not available for internet access but a small business was just down the street with cheap internet connection and American keyboards, (beware French ones are quite different). All in all, I was quite pleased and would recommend this hotel to other low maintenance guests who require nothing more than a comfortable place to sleep and bathe.

Our room was newly decorated to a very good standard. The staff were friendly and spoke good english. The Eifel Tower was about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Despite some works in the hotel during my stay, it was very experience. All you need in Paris during your stay is a good location! Location of the hotel is FANTASTIC: Peace and quiet but you can walk to the centre in 20 minutes!

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation works, therefore, it should be taken into considertaion that its current condition, may not be acceptable for some people, as it had no hotel like 'glow' for a 2 star rating, it is purely providing a room only facility, However, on the hand the location is terrific, bang on in the centre, and a clear view of the top half of the Eiffel Tower, only a short 10 minute walk away. Ideal location!!!! and the price was more than reasonable, considering that there is a fantastic view of the Tower!

The bad marks for cleanliness and facilities are explained by the fact that the hotel is currently renovating - it does need that. Otherwise, the staff was very efficient and friendly, the location is good and so is the price.

Good inexpensive hotel in a reasonably central location.

The people at the reception desk were so kind and very helpful. The phone was broken in my room, so they let me use the phone in the lobby as much as I needed, and didn't charge me for the calls. Hotel is within a 10-15 min walk from River Seine, le Tour Eiffel, Ecole Militaire, and other famous tourist spots. For the location, the price was more than affordable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Paris.

We found the Hotel to be in a good position a couple of blocks from the Seine and the Eiffle Tower. Wonderful and very romantic!There was a good selection of restaurants and cafes also in the area and also a supermarket to buy the obligatory bottle of wine, cheese and pate etc etc.The hotel was quiet and the 'locals' friendly....maybe that was after the one or two glasses of wine at the local cafe? Also,close to the Metro. All in all....a fantastic time had by all!Cheers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel located near to metro, river cruises, red bus tours. It was an ideal hotel to stay the night and site see by day. The price and location was ideal. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel mainly because it was very central to everything and i would recommend it for anyone visiting Paris especially for the first time.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very small but was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was light but it was all we wanted anyway. The closest subway stations are Charles Michel and Duplex. The subway was fantastic. Hotel is a great value for the money. Have fun in Paris.

Very friendly staff with excellent breakfast. Perfect location for exploring Paris. Excellent area of Paris to see how the real Parisians live. Excellent market nearby on Sunday under raised Metro Line. Good cheap functional accommodation. I would stay there again.

The hotel was walking distance to the eiffel tower. (10 min) The location was not the best but good for the price. The staff was very friendly! The price is great for what you get. Although the bathroom was very small, it was very clean and decorated. I would stay here again if I needed to. If you want to save money, and still receive a comfortable place to stay, then stay here at De L'Exposition Hotel Paris.

Nice centrally located hotel with friendly staff!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was small but very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was lovely - croissants, cake, bread, cheese, honey,jam, yogurt, a large variety of teas, lovely coffee. Close to 2 metro stations and within walking distance of the Eiffel tower
