Deevana Patong Resort & Spa Phuket

Very nice hotel especially good value for money. No safe in the room but reception has a safe deposit box. Great pools, friendly staff and the breakfast was quite good. Good location too.

Everything is fine and right with exception to the infrastructure for handicapped or for those with baby stroller. It is not user-friendly to those that is physically challenged or those with baby stroller as there are no ram for wheelie. From car porch to main hall you would need to carry your stroller up 4 flights of stairs to check-in/ main hall, thereafter to go to your room you would need to pass by the cafe and gym up 3-4 flight of stairs and then down 3-4 flight of stairs and walk pass by gym and down again another 3-4 flights of stairs. Staffs is friendly.

Great place to stay. A refuge after a tiring but enjoyable day of exploring....sun and beach.

My family of 4 just came back after a 4 nights stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, check in was a breeze & we were offered an upgrade to a family suite. Our stay here was simply GREAT ! Hotel staff are nice, warm and friendly. Hotel is clean, secure and well maintained. Only grouse I have - the shower water in our room was weak, but the stay was GREAT! Nice location too as the minimart is just outside, the Patong Food Centre where rows of seafood eateries was just outside the main road (< 2 mins walk) and the beach is just another road down (< 6 mins walk). Massage shops and a shopping complex are just along the main road, all within comfortable walking distances. Hotel is sited away from the a-go-go bars and makes it great for a family stay. Another plus - we were on a night flight back and the staff arranged for us to check-out but we returned to the hotel in the evening with a transit room for us to shower and freshen up! I will recommend this Hotel to Anyone & Everyone.

The resort will clean & quiet.Its a very nice place for relaxation.The porters & staffs were all very friendly.the price i paid for the end year period was a steal too.For those who want a quiet resort i strongly recommand.Very good resort for a small price.

Deevana is a nice resort to stay in, good room size and a very beautiful pool. Totally enjoy my stay in Deevana, will stay at Deevana again next time to Phuket

For the kind of price I paid, it is definitely value for money! Quiet room, decent breadfast, and wonderful pools. If your outstanding balance is in US dollars, then try to pay them in US dollars, as any conversion will result paying more.

Very good location, just a walking distance to resturants, bars and markets.

Very quite location but with walking distance to the shopping centers. Lots of food stalls around both at night and in the morning!! Very good offer with such price! Swimming pools are great and suggested to stay in Spa Wing, more new and more nicely decorated.

The breakfast seems to be almost the same daily but it's still quite good. Love the elephant that they folded using towel. I'm not too sure of other hotels but they do provide umbrella in all rooms. One thing not so good is no bathtub!!! The rooms are quite cosy and spacious.

Great place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. A little far from Bangala Rd - 10 -15min walk but that was a good thing for us. Plenty of money changers & 7/11's near by. We stayed in the room with the plunge pool and found it pretty noisy. The people above us had a party till 3am and you could hear almost everything. Reception staff did speak to them asking them to be quiet and were open to idea of us moving rooms. Beds are pretty firm but thats norm for Thailand. Breakfast was good. Family friendly and we would definately be going back.

The resort is in walking distance of anything you need, beach, shopping and Bangla Rd. The buffet breakfast is great the food just keeps coming right up until the 1030am finish time so if you have a big night you can turn up at 1015 and still have plenty to eat. The grounds and pool were perfect with 24hr Security. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was HUGE with everything you would need, there was just the 2 of us but these rooms would be great for a family. We would definetly stay at Deevana again and recommend this Resort.

Overall for a short stay (1 or 2 nights) is acceptable. Location of the hotel is central. The only setback would be the information provided from the internet is different from the actual hotel eg : tripple bedding configuration - internet informed 3 beds consist of 1dbl and 1 sgl, however, upon check-in - a rollaway given instead of bed.

This was one of the best resorts/hotels we have been in in Thailand! Great hotel! 3 swimmingpools, great staff, superb breakfast and so on! We had a great time here!

It was a beautiful resort and very friendly and helpful service by all staff there. We upgraded our last few nights to a private jaquzzi room that was the best experience ever will be staying there again next year with no hesitations. Loved it !!!!!

Great hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well airconditioned. There are two really nice pools in the hotel, and an ok gym. The free breakfast is great, but other food at the hotel can be expensive. It is only a short walk to the beach and clubs (10mins max).

This is a very beautifully built resort with lots of greenery and gardens around. Guests are advised to carry some mosquito repellent in case they have selected the garden view room. Hotel staff are quite friendly and always willing to help with a smile. It's unfortunate that many of them do not understand English but sign language always helps.

Nice location away from the busy areas of Patong. Staff were very helpful. I believe I got an upgrade and had the room in the garden setting area a short distance from the pool. Mosquitoes got into my room and had a hard time killing them - the stagnant water at the entrance could be the breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Food was so-so.
