Getting there:Using the efficient metro system of Budapest, take M1 (changing to it on Deák square). Ride the metro to Heroes's square stop. After leaving the metro station, the hotel is right on the corner of Andrássy street.

Excellent location, and an impressive building, but the hotel really could benefit from some refurbishing and painting, and the installation of an elevator.
No aircondition and budapest can get really hot on some summer nights. Very noisy if your room is facing the street. If you don't mind the stuffiness and noise at night, it's a good hotel.
Hotel was perfectly OK - although our room was next to the main road and noise from the traffic was quite loud. Great location for Heroes Square and very close to a metro stop.
