An OK hotel for an overnight stay.

the location of the hotel is very good, just 5 min walk from the Central Station and subway. The room rather small and there was very cold in the room when we stayed there in November.

Good value for money. Excellent location for train station (and bus transfers to Bergamo airport). 15 minute walk to Duomo area. Didn't feel intimidated by the area, which was quiet at night, as suggested by other reviews. Didn't have breakfast in hotel - seemed a little expensive. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby to get coffee/pastries etc. Very much a working city - tourist areas are more expensive to eat and drink as you would expect

all were perfect except the air conditioning. The room was very hot and the air conditioning was very bad as the have had old air conditioning machines. Even if you leave it on for all the night its impossible to have a cold room. Location - facilities were excellent

Breakfast poor, no fruit juice tho' option to pay extra for freshly crushed, dry factory bread rolls. Reasonably handy for the railway station and buses to airport.

A well positioned hotel about 5mins walk from Central Station. The single rooms are tiny though - just enough room for a single bed and a suitcase. Ideal for one or two nights. Service was excellent though.

The hotel is close to the Milan old city and the shopping area . Also,it has nearby parking garages and spacious public areas. The airconditioning was the big problem beacuse is 50 years old ,very noisy and doesn't do much.It needs replacing because a 3 star hotel should have a decent a/c

It was great and ideal for us when we were out all the time, popping back occasionally for freshening up - hence the big plus being so central. It had everything we needed - a comprehensive breakfast with more than you needed. Friendly staff, and great value considering it was during the Milan furniture fair. The hotel on the whole was a bit tatty, but it did not matter. It was 4 of us on business and we would definitely go back again.

Very near the Rail station and not too fare to walk to the shopping areas, castle and cathedral. Being renovated at present so will only get better.

Room kettles would be welcomed. Good to have secure parking - especially 'overnighting in transit'; saves emptying the car. Lift poor for wheelchair user - even with small chair it was a struggle to fit in.

Staff was well mannered and friendly.Breakfast was good and substantial but the coffee was bad. The room was small but had every thing I needed. Bathroom nice and clean. The weather was cold and the heating system did not function well. But on the whole it was nice , clean, the location was very good very close to the Central station and to the underground. The price was also good. If I were to go for another short stay because of the convenience and good aspects I would stay there again.

Nice small hotel situated in a peacefull area in walking distance from the train station with buses to Linate Airport as well to metro, shops restaurants. Recently renovated. Basic cosy rooms and a silent street. Helpful staff.

You get what you pay for. No complaints at all! Close to central station but on the good side. I would stay there again

Central, clean and helpful

As with all Italian Hotels, if you dont want your room cleaned they will hassle you, and because the maids want to avail themselves of any problems, they always tell reception and they call you. They harass you to keep your key when you leave, anyone can ask for your key as my girlfriend who wanted to surprise me proved. And I could ask for it from any receptionist I had never seen before. Oh, beware they make random charges from the "frigo bar" onto your bill. (As usual, the fridge is not even cold either). Left luggage is just a door no keys, no asking the reception for access, anyone again can just go in and steal your stuff. Elevator is very very, very very very slow. Use the stairs. (which are hard to find). Very nice for 3* though, almost worthy of 3* unlike others. But then it does cost a bit more.

NZ couple on 2nd stay. Close to Milan Centrale & shopping. Hotel rooms are getting tired, but will stay again due to location & pricing

Bedroom small and bathroom not clean. Main areas tidy but overelaborate cheap plastic flowers.

Good quality 3 stars hotel and good value for money. Buffet breakfast can be slightly improve.

Good hotel for the price. Staff helpfull and very polyte. You can walk from the station, but a little bit far. We like it.

The room and bathroom were very small but clean and comfortable. We overlooked a courtyard and apartments which was very noisy in the night due to a very loud argument going on. It was close to the station and yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre. We paid a low rate for a last minute booking and we were pleased with what we got. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.
