Overall a positive experience and good value. While the lobby and restaurants were quite nice, the guest rooms and hallways were a little tired.

The hotel was nicely appointed and right in the middle of downtown so it was a great spot to depart from on walking adventures. Free Wi-Fi (which is always a plus) and the friendly staff made for a nice business trip. My room had a balcony and it was nice to step out and enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown from a safe distance. Only one comment to the negative; the room arrangement felt a little cramped with the TV too close to the foot of the bed but the writing/computer desk and arm chair made it alright. Would stay again.
Well located and the hotel was not expensive. Not a luxury hotel, but for the price, everything was acceptable. I'd stay there again if I was on the same budget.
Very nice place, location, and amenities, but: (1) charges for in-room Internet are ridiculous at these prices; (2) TV remote had the channel numbers almost all rubbed off; (3) They're wasting water as the shower/bath diverter was leaking.
Location of hotel is perfect. Nice and friendly staff.
Location is absolutely fantastic! I could have done having wi-fi in the room instead of having to come down to the lobby with my ipad to do work.
Check-in time was later than Orbitz had noted. It is at 3 p.m. not 1 p.m. the clerk did offer, without asking, if I would like a free upgrade to a deluxe room. It was really equivalent to a standard room in many hotels in the U.S Restaurants are not family friendly and are very expensive. It is better to eat out! Very young children and some mothers who had had too many `refreshments`ran the hall at 3 to 4 A.M. !
room was small.. the cafeteria and food courts were good. I loved the location as it was so close to the downtown Younge sqaure
Great location to downtown attractions and eaton center
Check in and check out were fast. Stayed there for Nuit Blanche 2011 and the location was really good, it's in downtown, close to everywhere. We got the upper floor room with an ugly construction view from the window. Bed was really comfy, room is small, the lock in the washroom didn't work. Pretty good value, though and would stay there again! :)
enjoyed my stay at the Delta Chelsea. Only downside is no wi-fi available in rooms.
Pleased overall - no surprises with the Delta Chelsea. The location is perfect for a family vacation in Toronto. The room was a reasonable size, but not roomy for 4, and well maintained. The family pool was smaller than expected, a bit crowded (no surprise), and very heavy on the chlorine. Our kids used it one night and didn't have a strong desire to use it again, but they did enjoy the gameroom. The cafeteria style restaurant (Market?) was good and convenient for a quick light breakfast (or other meal if you're so inclined). The staff were helpful and friendly when needed, but did seem a bit jaded. We had no complaints, but it also didn't feel special.
This hotel is huge. Staff and service are great. But rooms are average, clean but average. Nothing fancy there.
great holiday, stayed 4 nights. quiet rooms, very comfy bed. great food and service, easy walk to town, shopping and subway.
The hotel was centrally located, walking distance to everything. The romm was clean although a bit small. We were on a non smoking floor and we could constantly smell smoke which was quite disgusting. The hot tub wasn't working and after 3 runs down the slide at 6:50 pm, they told us the slide and pool was closed because they were going on break. Then they said the pool was open, just the slide was closed for 4o min. My 11 year old wasn't too thrilled with this. The pool and slide hours are posted until 10pm! We then left the pool and went out for dinner. For the money it was alright.
Another wonderful experience. Staff is superb!!
room was very small, charged for local calls despite advertising to the contrary, no ice machines
This was a very nice hotel, the reception lady that booked us in was very pleasant, and the location was good. A restaurant in the hotel was handy. I would stay there again.
Concierge service was very very good.
