"I and my girl friend stayed here for a couple of nights in a double room and we thought it was excellent. the room was really clean, the breakfast was great and the cost was reasonable, despite in fact that the room a little bit small. The best thing was that the staff were really helpful, friendly and they were willing to help me to book the Ha Long Bay tour with the most competitive price . To be honest i found the staff to put me a bit on edge. Seemed to be a bunch of kids running the hotel. on the second stay, the aircon did not work and nor did the bed side lights. the bathroom smelt of mildew aswell. Not recommended as overall the staff were very unfriendly." - Anonymous
"Highly recommended for price, service and location. Staff are proactive and cheerful, makes for a very pleasant stay. Our triple room came with balcony facing the street which makes it nice to watch the hustle and bustle of street below. The curtains were clean, considering Hanoi being such a dusty city, and the beddings/towels smelled mildly of fabric softener. The bathroom was tiny and showering gets the whole place wet, but it was a minor inconvenience considering the whole experience. TV channels a bit limited, but lots of dining options in the immediate vicinity and a mini mart is just across the street. We would definitely return to this hostel. " - Nancy Pabilona
