"First of all i would take this time to say the staff were excellent. We were given a room which was basic but functional. However the shower did not work and were given another room. This was of a good size and really nice. I would recommend if you were in Chester for a break." - Glen Billings


"No one in Reception on arrival, several other people waiting, rang extension no. three times-no answer. When Reception finally turn-up after 15 minutes no greeting or appology. Room cleaned only in accessable areas. bathroom poor. Restuarant service and menu was good. Would not stay here again." - David Brown
