Hotel description:    No Matter what type of accommondation you choose, you are the one who decides what
combination of services will make you feel most comfortable. If you´ll be setteling in for a
longer stay we offer a variety of options. We also clean your apartment at the interval you
choose daily or weekly. If you´ll be with us only for a few days, the Hotel Max Emanuel
offers hotel rooms with every amenities like minibar, cable TV, direct dial phone, and buffet
breakfast too.
We also have a new fitness centre and wellness area with sauna, steam bath and solarium. They´re free of charge. Without leaving the building you can enjoy the hospitality of our restaurant “Osteria Viscomis” and the Hotel Bar. Or try one of the many restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Would you
like breakfast in your apartment? Sign up in the evening , and fresh baked rolls will be delivered
to your door the next morning. And of course we´ll happily arrange for dry cleaning, beverage
service and much more. Our reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

- follow the Mittleren Ring until Einsteinstraße and turn right
- at Max-Weber-Platz turn left into Wiener Str.
- at Gasteig Culture Centre (big red building) turn left into Rosenheimer Str
- follow it until Rosenheimer Platz and turn right into Franziskaner Str.
- the first crossing road is Rablstr. where you take a right turn.
Coming from direction Salzburg A8:
-follow the motorway until it’s end then take the Rosenheimer Str. In direction centre
- follow Rosenheimer Str. Until Rosenheimer Platz and turn left into Franziskaner Str.
- at the first crossing turn right into Rablstr. and follow it until the Hotel
