"The hotel was very clean. We had a lovely suite with nice bathroom. The room was bright and cheery. Although it was easy to get to from the underground-Gloucester Station, we passed several other hotels (Holiday Inns, Marriot, Best Western) on the way. The reception desk was very helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate-lunchmeat,cereal,toast. The ladies that served at breakfast were not friendly even though they only had to serve the tea and coffee. It was clean, convenient,in a safe area to walk, and allowed us to have 4 persons in a room all on comfortable beds. I think the price may have been a little high for the rating of the hotel but with 4 adults its hard to find one room. " - Anonymous
