Des Trois Couronnes Hotel Carcassonne

"A very nice hotel, helpful staff, free internet, great breakfast. My wife & I stayed in a panoramic room which was just lovely, it had a view of the old fort, the view at night was wonderful as the fort is lit up at night. There was a bridge just outside of the hotel, & to get to the fort, was just across the bridge. i.e. The hotel is in a really great position. If we were to return to Carcassonne we would stay there again. The Panoramic View Room cost a little more as they are not classified as a normal standard room. "We stayed in this hotel twice in the last month, at the beginning and end of our holiday in France. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has a great location for La Cité and a fantastic view from the bedroom. Our second bedroom was bigger than the first and had a larger balcony. The breakfast could have been a bit better and the shower in both rooms had a hand-held head. The staff were very pleasant and helpful." - Anonymous

"A wonderful view of the Old City from the restaurant - the food there is pretty good too. Plenty of choice at breakfast, although hot dishes are restricted to scrambled eggs and sausages. Had two evening meals in the restaurant - the food is excellent and there is an English menu!" - Anonymous
