Perfectly located hotel with basic facilities and great value. 5 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe and metro. If you just want a clean bed and a clean shower, this is a great hotel. Rooms are typically small but everything is clean and staff are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is like breakfast in your own house - find everything yourself but I don't fault anything here. I would definately stay here again.
My 18 year old son and I loved staying at this hotel. Very close to Arc de Triomphe. Booking through Hotel Club we got it very much reduced compared to seeing the rates on the board in the hotel. easy to find and friendly staff. would definitely stay again sadly they did not have triple rooms that we could stay in this summer.
It's diffulut for me to judge this hotel as my room which I booked had the bathroom out of service. The hotel arranged very fast the room in the other hotel which was next street. One star less but everything was fine apart of noisy neighborns with kids who didn't let you sleep in the morning. The location is great, few steps from Arc de Triomph. Very nice and pleasent neighbornhood with a lot of cafeterias and nice restaurants. Next time when I come to Paris I hope that Trois Couronnes will have a room in service. Bozena
The room was the size of a postage stamp with peeling wallpaper. Motorbikes and drunks in the street below, and voices through the thin walls kept us up until 5AM and by 7 the jackhammering started. Charming. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights and checked out after one. Best thing is the location. Price may be good but value? BAD.
I am happy with the Hotel. For Paris is really nice. I would go back.
we were on first floor and we had very hot days, the room had no fan or cooling and to keep windows open was very noisy so sleeping was very hard. but the location was fantastic
The service was exceptionally good. All front desk folks knowledgable and courteous. A pleasure. Free Internet that worked. I'd go back there for this alone. Room, lobby was average. Shower head lock not secure so hard to keep flow aimed correctly. Bed firm and comfortable. I'd certain return on a future occasion.
The hotel is at a good location. It is walking distance to arc de triumph and a few metro stops away from Eiffel tower. Chambermaid is a little inconsistant in tidying up the room but overall is ok. Front desk staff is polite. Hotel also has numerous useful brochuress.
Good location and very friendly staff. Room was very sad and the wall paper coming off but I was happy.
It would be a typical Parisianne hotel. Very simple, thin walls, old style but in a good and safe area just 5 minutes from arc the triumf. All hotels in Paris are overpriced. If your priority is to stay in a good area, not too fussy and don't want to spend to much on a hotel I would recommend Des Trois Couronnes.
Good value for the price, quiet and close to many tourist attractions
value for money, one of the best hotel we stayed in EU!
Cheap, small but very good locationvice. Nice service-thank you. Would like to stay there again.
Excellent hotel - only problem was that out of the three receptionists, only one was really fluent in english. Bit of a lottery trying to find when he's in to ask for directions!
Serious building work going on at the next building. However not disturbing during night.
Rooms are small, but they are clean, and the location is excellent.
It was very comfortable and the staff were extra friendly and helpful and lovely. I would have liked a bigger rubbish bin in the room as there was only a tiny one in the bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a kettle and cup to have a cup of tea in my room.
the hotel receptionist were very kind and polite and they helped me a lot. The room is not big for a double room but it is the case in all paris. The toilette were clean as well as the towels. The location is excellent all the nice shops around
Staff were very thoughtful and helpful. The internet access (for pay) had some breakdowns. Very nice lobby with collection of English language books, guidebooks, etc. Great lodging for the price.
This hotel, is the hotel where you just come back to shower and sleep. The location is great. Close to the RER and Metro station. It's near Arch De Triomph and within walking distance to Champ Elysees. The service is not that great. I have requested a safe deposit key, and was asked to collect it at reception. When I arrived at the reception, they said that the key is misplaced ans said that they will send it to my room. I didn't receive until I checked out, even after calling several time. Other than that, it's alright.
