The area of Edge Lane is not very promising but the hotel itself is reasonable.
good value for money food very good a bit tired in decoration but clean overall very friendly staff
The bed had springs gone and as it was a Bank Holiday weekend the hotel was full so we were unable to change rooms. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.
Breakfast not good (no vegetables).
nice people but the hotel could do with a bit of decorating, wall paper hanging off the wall in bedroom and hall ways signs of damp coming through the ceiling, small cosmetic touches re paste wall papaer emulsion over damp patches ect make all the difference - overall good value for money - thank you
Decor could do with updating. Grease on well in bedroom (room 254) stains on carpets, shoewr did not work. Staff very friendly, good breakfast made up for the above problems.
The rooms are clean and big, everything is in good condition, but does not have hair dryer in the room as it was indicated. The best thing about the hotel, is the friendly staff, they offer really good customer service. Mary from reception is a wonderfull lady, and they were very helpfull with us letting have the check out quiet late. It was a pleasure stayed there. Thanks very much. Myriam C.
the hotel inteior in general needs modernising, the bar area deffo needs a face lift , but in general the rooms were ok and the staff very friendly
