"The service in the hotel left much to be desired. The butler said we must be mistaken when no newspaper was at the door! The staff delivered the wrong food at both dinner and breakfast. We got late check-out but our room key was not programmed so we could not get into our room. Even the assistant hotel manager who was with us at breakfast was embarassed when an order of eggs came to me that I had not ordered. It happened twice at the same meal!" - Brian Cousins
