Diamant Boutique Hotel Sydney

We couldn't have been more pleased with the room, the courteous, helpful staff or the location. Getting anywhere in and around the Central Business District was easy, with bus service less than a block from the front entrance. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and have reviewed it already, but something happened with this booking that I feel merits particular mention. I had to make a change to my booking only a few days prior and though they were under no obligation to do so, the hotel charged only a minimal fee for the alteration and otherwise refunded me in full for the nights I had to cancel. I was very impressed by this customer service.

The Diamant Boutique Hotel Sydney is a nice hotel with very friendly and obliging staff. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in many hotels in Sydney but I've never stayed in a better one. Almost everything was first class, the only possible improvement I could suggest is to include sport as a foxtel option.If I was asked to rate the Diamant I would give them 9.5 and will recommend them to others.

Great hotel and extremely helpful staff couldn't do enough to help, I would recommend this hotel, knowing it was my birthday whilst there they arranged a bottle of wine on arrival and some chocs, a lovely surprise. Only negatives was the lack of wifi in rooms and mainly the location...right near the 'adult' area of the city, whilst that made it an interesting experience finding a local bar to have a drink and bite to eat at night with just myself andf my mum it wasn't the most inviting or safe feeling area. Adult shops, strip clubs and dodgy nightclubs galore. If only they could move the hotel a bit more out of the way as its a lovely hotel.

I have now stayed at this hotel 3 times which speaks for itself. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The location is perfect for my needs (close to work, supermarket, restaurants and Fitness First). The staff are friendly. The cable TV channel selection is good and the pricing via [this website] is very competitive.

Staff at the hotel were without exception very pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent - clean and well lit. Would happily recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again.

Lovely hotel! Great room! Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! I have come home and don't like my own bed any more! I miss the Diamants bed! Great location too, in a good part of the Cross - very safe and super convenient. Only thing i'd have to say was that the wall next to our bed was dirty, it just needed a good scrub with jiff, or a fresh lick of paint, because there were scuff marks, and marks from people touching it. Other than that, I will definitely be staying there again. All the staff were lovely except for one girl working when we checked in, she needs to be told to smile! :D

Close enough to all the Action of Kings Cross without the noise. Friendly Staff who were helpful from the very minute we stepped in the door. Thank you.

loved my stay here. great location. friendly staff. Comfortable bed, with big flat screen tv in room. Bathroom is small but dont need much more. All needs met here. would stay again

The decor is "cute" and contemporary. The bathroom is too small and not well appointed. It seems too expensive for what and where it is. Leaving aside the cost it is a worthwhile place to visit and stay.

Nice modern hotel, staff are helpful. Internet if you need it is little pricey unless staying for a while and pay the single rate for entire stay. ($7/hour, $20/day, $35/entire stay) At [your website] price (roughly $185/night), is ok. Hard pressed to pay more than that though. Overall a good experience.

Quality ambient fit out. Clean and decent sized room and bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
