Diamond Hotel Manila

Love the location of the hotel and was surprised how nice the hotel really was. I'm impressed and would stay there again. The breakfast buffet however could be a little bit better, especially the price you pay. I think the breakfast at Denny's is better.

The rooms and the public areas are nice. I would have given this hotel a big A if they would solve this one single issue: WiFi internet access. In the rooms there is no WiFi at all. You need an old fashion wire to connect it with your laptop. In the public areas / lobby there is WiFi (you can get a password for free) BUT the connection is very bad. It is very weak and falls out all the time. Staff wasn't really helpful to do something about it. I think I would stay in the Pan Pacific hotel next time.

dinner was not good at all idont like the way they are prepairing the food i think thier cooks very poor

For the price my Family was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The views of the Manila Bay sunset from your room was breathtaking. I booked 3 nights superior room with breakfast via Hotelclub but when I checked IN I was told only 2 days had the included breakfast, even though it was clear on the hotel voucher that the entire stay had breakfast included, I could not be bothered arguing we were on the last leg of our trip tired and reallly just wanted to go back home to Sydney. Apart from the breakfast issues, we would definitely stay in Diamond Hotel again the next time we go to Manila. I still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value place to stay.

I liked the hotel, breakfast was very good with a variety of presentations. I am not happy with the way hotel club did my reservation on my trip.

Convenient location for restaurants and getting to/from airport and walking to a few sights. Checking in and out was extremely slow, and i mean ridiculously slow which wasn't a nice start and end to the stay. However the room was beautiful and large. extremely comfortable and quiet as well as clean. The breakfast was also good and worth while including.

Enjoyed my stay in Diamond Hotel Manila although just for one day. Encourage hotel guests to join the Diamond Club.

It will be good if there is a airport to hotel pickup arranement available ...

The use of the internet at the business centre is a bit of a ripgiven that they charge so much and twice in 24 hrs

Great value, great breakfast buffet, has tennis court

The day we arrived they closed the pool due to a private function from 2pm, just when we needed it! Breakfast buffet was good but not great, running out of various items for a while til it was noticed, and with meat, etc somewhat "stewed". A large choice but... Doormen very good, looked after us well, making sure the taxis were metered and knew where we wanted to go, etc. A good place to stay.

Diamond Hotel very nice with lots of extras, staff very friendly

My room was clean and had a partial view of the Manila Bay. The staff at the breakfast venue were very courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet was average though. The front desk was polite and accommodating to my requests although the agreed upon welcome fruit basket was not provided. I phoned the reception for this and they said it will be delivered but it never came. Nevertheless, I would stay at Diamond Hotel again --- good location, good facilities and good service!

Standard room was on the small size. The carpet in corridor to the room was very dirty.

Nice hotel of 4.5 star quality. But you pay for what you get in the price. Internet is fairly priced for business customers - unlike some other hotels in the area which charge $25 per day at Diamond it cost $15 per day but you can also use in hourly blocks for $5. Buffett Breakfast is well catered, with good selection. Foyer always busy though, and not always easy to get a taxi.

Great hotel for the money - would definitely saty here again!

It is a good hotel with good facilities however, most of these facilities closes too early and has strict restrictions and regulation. A fruit basket thrown in by the hotel is a good impression of a good hotel.
