Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were very good and the brakfast service was also good. The only disappointment was the bar staff in the upstairs bar. They were inattentive and too busy chatting to each other rather than looking after guests.

Staff are very helpful, rooms are large and the bar terrace has an amazing view.

Lovely small hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Staff very friendly and helpful. The star attraction is the roof terrace with panaromic views over Lisbon.

Superb location with very friendly and helpful staff

Comfortable hotel with excelent breakfast facitilies and good views. A little difficult to find at first with only a door on to the street but worth staying. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter. We were offered a room on the 'road side' which was very noisy at night. It's not that people below were being excessively noisy, but the sound just carried up, and it seemed to go on all night long. At the very least the room needs to have much better sound proofing. After 2 nights of this, we complained and we were then given a room on the 'view' side of the hotel. Not only was the room bigger, with a great view, but also quieter, and with a terrace you can sit out on. The location is absolutely fantastic, nearest metro less than 5 min and right next to all the best shops. Breakfast was very good, mixture of continental and cooked, staff very helpful. If you can stay on the 'view' side of the hotel, then you will not be disappointed, with views of the castle and Lisbon rooftops. General decor and upkeep of hotel good. We were scammed by the taxi driver from the airport who charged us 17 euros, instead of the 9 euros we paid on the way back.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel. The stay were very friendly and helpful and even provided us with a bottle of sparkling wine because we had just got engaged

I enjoyed my stay but felt that the hotel let itself down by the poor quality tea, coffee and fruit juices it served at breakfast.

We had an excellent time here. Views and bar were fantastic. Although the lack of facilities give the impression of it being very quiet as one does not see people around. Would definitely recommend it again, which is not something I would normally do (I spend 1-2 nights a week in hotels). Perfect for romantic weekend or business if you want something a little special. Staff were great. I would love to go back when weather is a bit better. Hope this helps.

This hotel is in a great location close to all the action. Clean contemporary decor with reasonable sized rooms and good bathrooms. We were upgraded to a top floor suite with private terrace and amazing view of the city. The rooftop bar is worth visiting for a relaxing drink with a view of the city. Pay attention for the secret entrance.
