Without doubt all visitors to Docklands Private Collection of Apartments will experience the best available accommodation in Melbourne.

At NewQuay we have 1,2 & 3 br apartments all fully furnished with views over the water, city or to the north depending upon the size of the apartment. At NewQuay our guests have access to heated swimming pool & gym.

At Digital Harbour, which is just across the road (Harbour Esp) from NewQuay, we have a number of brand new 1br soho apartments. These very affordable apartments are fully furnished with modern decor, have full kitchen etc in a low rise building with views to the north of the Melbourne city. All of our apartments are perfect for the business traveller & the leisure traveller as well.

At NewQuay & Digital Harbour you can enjoy a cosmopolitan waterfront experience with bars & restaurants & cafes at your doorstep (or across the road). Each apartment includes a spacious lounge/dining area with entertainment unit, incl CD & LCD TV/DVD. They also incl fully equipped kitchens incl dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven & stove. Our larger apartments have both bath & separate shower, however our soho apartments only include a shower. All of our apartments include an internal laundry with washing machine & clothes dryer.

Getting there:

Located at the northern end of the Etihad Stadium, a short stroll to CBD, Free City Circle tram at your doorstep, Bourke St No. 86 & Flinders St No. 48 also at your doorstep at both of our locations. Trains at the new Southern Cross station and easy access to Melbourne Airport via the nearby Tullamarine Freeway. From the airport take the Footscray Road turnoff which becomes Harbour Esp, pass over Docklands Drive & our office is situated about 100m from the Docklands Drive turnoff.

Docklands Private Collection regulates a strict NO PARTY POLICY. DPC reserves the right to remove guests who fail to comply with this policy without any refund. - Credit Card and PhotoID BELONGING TO THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. Credit Card holder must be present and the registered guest. DPC reserves the right to terminate any reservation & refuse check in which does not meet these criteria without refund.

Child Policy:

One Br Apartment rates are for a max of 2 people, an additional AU$45.00 is payable for a 3rd person occupying a rollaway bed. 2 Br Apartment rates are for a max of 4 people, an additional AU$45.00 is payable for a 5th person occupying a rollaway bed. 3 Br Apartment rates are for a max of 6 people, an additional AU$45.00 is payable for a 7th person occupying a rollaway bed.
