We had an excellent stay. Thank you.
Our room type was upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise as we had a better outlook. Although it was clean, the bathroom was in need of refurbishment as there was rather unsightly staining around the bath making it look like a student apartment. I was disappointed that a hotel of this standard did not provide free wifi in the rooms but we were able to use the computers in the business centre and, as it was a weekend, never had any trouble getting on one. The main courses of the buffet dinner at Restaurant Etoile were only mediocre; although we were not eating particularly late, they were dried up as if they had been sitting there for hours. The puddings were, however, excellent.
