"Where to start with the moans about this place. 1. Do not arrive before 3pm because they will not let you into a room. 2. The room did not have any instructions about facilities e.g. How to work Microwave etc etc etc. 3. There was only one glass and when we asked for more we are still waiting. This is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in where we put out our dirty towels to be replaced and on our return found them hanging up, wet and sodden...and finally.....do not accept a room overlooking the massive building works across the road. the nosie is horrendous and starts at some ungodly hour. 4. Hotel description:    Dolphin House Serviced Apartments are part of the Dolphin Square complex and are situated around 3 and a half acres of idyllic landscaped gardens in the heart of Westminster. Located in a tranquil residential area, Dolphin House is within 5 minutes walk from Pimlico Underground Station with links to Central London and only a short taxi ride from both Victoria Station and Waterloo International, whilst nearby Westminster Millennium Pier provides regular riverboat transport to the City of London and Canary Wharf.

Dolphin House offers a range of contemporary non-smoking serviced apartments for stays from 1 to 89 nights.

Dolphin Square also consists of a shopping arcade providing a Newsagent, Travel Agency, Café, Pharmacy, Off-license... We’re also within walking distance from larger supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s. We’re situated within a 10 minute walk (and on a bus-route) to Victoria with access to shops / bars / restaurants and mainline station / underground and attractions such as the London Eye, Tate Britain and Thames river.

IMPORTANT:
Our swimming pool, restaurant & bar are currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed until the end of January 2008.
Dolphin Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. There will not be any treatments or access to the sauna and steam room from 12th October 2007 until March 2008. The gym is complimentary until 31st December 2007 only.
Other facilities & services carry individual charges.

Getting there: By Car: Dolphin Square is situated on the Embankment between Chelsea Bridge and Vauxhall Bridge. From the Embankment turn into Claverton Street and then take the first right into Chichester Street. Dolphin Square is on the right hand side.

By Public Transport: The nearest Underground station is Pimlico, on the Victoria Line and is a 2 minute walk from Dolphin Square. At Pimlico station take the right hand side exit. At street level turn right and continue down the road towards the church. Take the first turning left after the church and then the first right into Chichester Street. Dolphin Square is on the left.
Check-in Procedure: To comply with the terms and conditions of our operational licence, we are required to obtain a signed agreement between Dolphin House and residents. This agreement takes form of a Tenancy Agreement which must be signed on arrival.

Apartments are normally available after 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. Should you arrive before this time, our Residents Relations team will be happy to store your luggage until your apartment is available.
Car parking: A limited number of car parking spaces are available beneath the property and must be reserved at the time of making your booking. The current cost is £25.00 per day, £95.00 per week & £385.00 per month (30 days).
Child Policy: Children Under 2 Years
Free of Charge (cot provided on request subject to avail)

Children 2 – 12 Years
A maximum of 1 extra bed per apartment is permitted at a supplement of £ 50.00 per night.

A limited number of apartments are able to accommodate an extra bed and availability should be confirmed at the time of booking.

Please note - As rates are offered per apartment, there is no reduction to the apartment rate should children be sleeping in one of the permanent beds.
