Getting there:When arriving from north (Brisbane) turn left at 1st set of traffic lights which is into Park Beach road you will see McDonalds on your right KFC on the left. Drive through the 1st roundabout & turn right at the 2nd roundabout into North Hogbin Drive. Turn left at the next roundabout into Prince St Dolphin Sands is number 16 1st one on your left. When travelling from south (Sydney) turn right at the set of traffic lights on the north side of Coffs after the railway bridge which looks like little Sydney Harbour Bridge. Then you will see McDonalds on your right KFC on the left. Drive through the 1st roundabout & turn right at the 2nd roundabout into North Hogbin Drive. Turn left at the next roundabout into Prince St Dolphin Sands is number 16 - 1st one on your left.
Check-in Procedure:PLEASE NOTE When you arrive in Coffs Harbour please phone us (using no on voucher) so we can meet you at Dolphin Sands Holiday Villas, so we can hand over the keys and show you through the property. Check in is after 2 pm and before 7pm if wishing to checkin outside these time you will need to make prior arrangements with management.
Car parking:Car parking is free and off street next to your villa.
Child Policy:Children are very welcome, Children under 12 months old are free. Children 1 year and over must be entered as a extra person. we have an out door pool and spa pool also we have 2 council play ground within 150m and the beach is just 100m away.
First of all, the price is very good and reasonable. we just stay there only one night in the cleanliness room, the stuff is frendly and helpful at turistor. TV with good size. but there is too much noice when we were sleeping which we can head from outside.the location is not as good as we expect. Not quilt enough.
Friendly, helpful owners who kindly changed us to the disabled cabin on arrival. The cabin was well equipped with full kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Access was by a ramp with all level entry. One small improvement would be hand-rails into the pool as I was unable to enter it without rails to steady myself. We would certainly use Dolphin Sands whenever we visit Coffs harbour again.

Stayed just 1 night and it wasn't bad for this style of accommodation.

we stayed in Villa 7 which fronts the main road. comfortable accommodation albeit a bit noisy.
We very very pleased with the comfort and space in the cabin....my friend from Texas USA was very impressed. Parking was very convenient and each cabin was spacious and separate with a large verandah out front. Flat screen TV with Cable TV and a large bathroom with plenty of mirrors.....Beds very comfy, everything supplied.....will go again next year.

Excellent value - a 2 bedroom, equipped kitchen, lounge for less than a motel room. Quiet, off the main road - important for Coffs. Only downside - no telephone so couldn't connect to internet.
The service and accomodation was fantastic. The beach was close by and most attractions were a short walk away. Our Cabin was spacious and very clean and the price was fantastic. A very affordable holiday location.
Excellent Value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness, considering the very cheap price.
