Getting there:
Leaving the airport, follow the signs to Funchal and Caniço. Once you have passed the exit for Caniço you will start to climb and pass through two tunnels. Directly after the second tunnel is the exit to Garajau. Follow the signs for Garajau down the hill, and the Dom Pedro hotel is on the right
