"The location can't be bettered, as virtually all of the key central city sights are within walking distance, whilst the main metro interchange station is only a few minutes walk away. The rooms are a good size and comfortable and clean, but the walls are thin and I could clearly hear snoring coming from a neighbouring room! Reception staff are helpful, although those in the restaurant at breakfast could do with a course in customer relations. The inclusive breakfast is good quality and incorporates a broad range of options. Overall, a reasonable choice as a typical tourist class hotel, but there are much swankier boutique options available (for a price) on the same street." - Amanda Jacobs
