It was excellent ! Liked the service and the decor and location

Dining room was not available to individual guests as it was being used by large groups. This meant if I wanted to dine in the hotel I had to eat outside in the garden area that offered a menu. Eating outside in the hotel garden in chilly evenings meant we had to wear overcoats. Service was slow there too as the kitchen was giving priority to the large groups. I challenged managment about their "lets exclude" individual guests from indoor dining and they just smiled and shrugged. The hotel has no complaints proceedure - when I asked for a complaint form they gave me a blank sheet from the photocopier and a white envelope! In addition there was no attempt made by the hotel to control the behaviour of unruly people and their children in the public areas. In all a disappointing experience. I would not use this hotel again.

We enjoyed staying here. The only downside was that it was slightly too farfrom the centre of Rome, However we considerthe hotel good value for the money. The staff were very helpful

Torre Rossa Park Hotel in Rome is a nice hotel with many facilities but the room is simple but very clean. The staff is very kind. There are many buses from there to center and to metro.

A nice modern hotel outside the house. Small but comfortable room, the air condition felt the best. Located in smaller blocks of houses. Outside the house but bus station is in front of the gates. I would recommend it for everyone.

I booked this last minute and was suitably impressed with the Hotel. The sleeping quarters are in blocks with all the dinning, bar and reception facilities in the main building. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the Vatican.

Rooms need new paint. Bathroom so small, it was hard to use a toilet.

The Torre Rossa Park Hotel Rome is located in a beautiful place, but unfortunatly to distant from the city center (not so bad for the Vatican). The personel is very nice, breakfast is also very good, but the rooms are to little.

Superb hotel located just outside the vatican city. Just jump onto the 98 bus and within 2 mins you're right in the middle of this fantastic city. Back home in the evening for an excellent meal with very very friendly staff and attentive service. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel, simple room, but has everything that you would need (incl. air conditioning which really helps in summer!), very nice garden to walk around and GREAT dining on the hotel terrace with music. +good breakfast Little negative : little further from the city centre. Use of public transport neccessary (Metro + bus or 10-15min walk from Metro).

Nice setting, but rather remote from the centre of Rome. Good, convenient bus connection and good car parking. Noisy corridors and no lifts.

The rooms are adequate but very small, and the hotel is some distance from the tourist areas of Rome. Public transport to the city is good.

Hotel very good. Would like to stay their again in the future. Good location with public transportation close by. Personal very freindly.

What can I say.... The hotel is very good.

We were very happy with the service that they gave us, staff is fantastic transport very good to go in the centre of rome, rooms are very nice, restaurant and breakfast very good. We thank you all the staff for the great service.

Hotel a bit out of the city centre but bus stop very near to go to the Vatican and metro station at 15 min walk. Tour buses leaving from the hotel. Quiet area.

Didn't know it was a conference hotel and on one night the car park was full. However it was a good hotel, with excellent restaurant. Would go there again.

Nice hotel with good food.

The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre and the description on the website made it sound much closer to the centre of the city than it actually was.
