"The hotel is quite impressive from a structural stand point and has good access to the beach and Nikki beach (if that is of interest). However, the main issue is the food at the Don Carlos which leaves a lot to be desired. Whilst a buffet, the breakfast is sub standard and I believe it to be more like a canteen. Also, we had lunch which was a chicken burger and quite frankly it was uneatable. There could be more waiter service around the pool and a lot more snacks available. The cost of the soft drinks around the pool is quite ridiculous !" - Anonymous
