Well placed to all the central sights. A friendly, clean and pleasant place to stay.

Excellent location. Although felt the rate was too high, it was actually reasonable by Venice standards. room size was actually decent compared to what I have seen elsewhere in Venice. Breakfast was good.

Dona Palace Hotel was expensive but we would recommend it to any one going to Venice and we would come again. Perfect location, friendly staff , breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much touble . We would highly recommend their restuarant. Perfect way to end a trip thank you Dona' Palace.

We booked the Junior Suite (at a substantial[your website] discount over the hotel's rack rate). It was a large room by Venetian standards, although the ceiling height was low (about 7'). The room advertised on their official website said it had a jetted tub, but alas, was not true. A nice bathroom though, with double sinks, a bidet lots of marble, and a towel warmer. The ceiling height became difficult, however, when we Americans had to stand in tub for a shower, but the robes and slippers provided made up for that a little bit. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, relaxing, with great service and in a beautiful room. The courtyard was not open when we visited, which was unfortunate, as it looked delightful and peaceful which is nice after a hectic day of tourists in nearby St. Mark's. We did not try their associated restaurants. I love [your website], they have great hotels at good discounts and are wonderfully easy to book from the U.S.!

The staff were very helpful. There were a few abnts in the bathroom otherthan that very good.

The Dona Pacace Hotel is a very well located nice hotel. But don't expect a huge venetian palace, in fact the entrance of the hotel is in a narrow alleyway. The rooms are furnished nicely, breakfast is served in a superbly restorated hall with a view on a canal, and people were very friendly.

Stayed in Junior suite. Spacious and very comfortable with all modern conveniences, Very good location, lovely room.

A great hotel in a great location, a stone's throw from S.Marco Square. The only problem, we requested a double bed and were given a double room with two single beds together. The staff were very firendly and gave us a better suite with a double bed. They also gave us complimentary champagne and cake on my birthday. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Hotel staff were helpful and willing to help with tourist information. Rooms were large and comforting. Great location with respect to San Marco square - literally 1 minute away.

This hotel is fabulous. However, we had booked a Junior Suite and on arrival were given a large double room instead. It took a long time to get the room changed as the staff member on Reception argued with us and also tried to tell us that there was no Manager on duty that day. The hotels own website clearly states that Junior Suites have a living area ie; sofa and a hydromassage bath. The room we were originally given was a large double with a wood floor, small table with two chairs. Apart from this initial setback, we cannot fault the hotel. The restaurant staff, in particular, were extremely helpful and polite and the breakfast extremely good. The courtyard garden on the canalside was a real bonus. Would definately recommend as long as the rooms booked are the ones allocated.

Outstanding location...but difficult to find. Wonderful breakfast buffet and outdoor patio. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Both my wife and myself agree the rating no less than a 5. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff, the large and spacious junior suite to the wonderful buffet breakfast was nothing less than perfect. The location is literally a stones throw from San Marco Square. We would definately try to stay here again on our next trip to Venice.

We were very pleased with the accommodation provided. We liked the location of the hotel and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and very clean. We appreciated the discount offered for using the associated restaurant facilities. We would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again.
