"Excellent staffing and location but sadly this property is in dire/desperate need of a facelift. The decor is almost beyond tired and gives a very disappointing first impression. However, I found the room to be very spacious and most importantly the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and kept that way daily. "A comfortable hotel at very reasonable price. Friendly staff, good service. Location is a little out of the way however if you cross the road to a walking tunnel from the Ritz Carlton that takes you to the Marriott you will be in the centre of the shopping district. This made the location quite convenient. Hotel gymnasium was a disgrace - very little equipment, the worst we have seen - nothing worked!(bike old and broken, treadmill broken, no free weight, old universal gym, extremely small space). Hotel advertise to forget running in the traffic and use their fitness centre!" - Anonymous
