By car from the city: Take the Market Road off ramp from the southern motorway, turn right into Market Road and right at the lights into Great South Road, the Double Tree is just past the Peugot car dealership on the right. There are two electric palm trees (orange and green) at the entrance of the motel,that light up the street beautifully at night !
By car from the South: Take the Market Road Off ramp and turn left. Turn right into Great South Road. The Double Tree Motor Lodge is approximately 500m on your right.
By train: Take the train to the Remuera station and then follow the directions for a car, it will take you about 10 minutes to walk.
By bus: Take the Link bus to Newmarket. Head away from the shops till you reach the Great South Road lights. Turn left (though not hard left) into Great South Road, Double Tree Motor Lodge is 100 metres on your left. |
