Very friendly, helpful staff. Housekeeping good. Comfortable room with satellite TV, but view from our room was poor. Continental breakfast only adequate. The hotel is well located near metro, bus and shopping arcades. Would certainly stay there again.

The service and quality of the facilities for the price was excelent. Staff were helpful, efficient and friendly and the room and bathroom were very clean and fresh. It was a little bit out of town but a nearby metro stop meant it was easy to travel to the city centre.

The staff were lovely, and very helpful at all times. The hotel is average in its facilities which is reflected in the reasonable price, but I have to say that the staff's professional attitude and friendly manner made it a really lovely place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Douro. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and great value. It was about a 20 minute walk to the historical centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was alright.
