Studio up to 2 persons, totally refurbised and historic building with 1 private terrace and a shared roof terrace with inspiring views.
Open plan apartment with a very comfortable living area and a double sofa bed where to sleep. The kitchen is equipped and has a microwave, a coffe machine, refrigerator, etc...The bathroom is small but beautiful finished in cool, white tiles. There is a shower, WC and hand basin. We provide towels and linen as well.

"The studio apartment's a good size with good cooking facilities, and well equipped - just don't expect too much from the bathroom.
There's no reception, so you have to phone the office when you get to the airport to arrange to pick up keys - even still we had to stand outside for about 30mins waiting on the guy turning up!
All together, the apartments got a fair few faults - but we'd stay there again - locations good - area's got plenty of cafe's, restaurants and bars. 10min walk to Las Ramblas." - LIAM COOK

Since we do not have 24 hrs Reception, at your arrival day in Barcelona (as soon as you arrive at Barcelona or Girona airport) you have to call 0034-628 244 374 in order to arrange your check-in time at the apartment. Check in starts at 14:00 hours.
In case of late check in (after 20:00 hours) there is an extra of 20 Euros to pay to the concierge. |
