Very centrally-located with a boutique feel, and comfortable rooms, though some of the standard rooms could be a bit larger. Among the non-luxury hotels in the area, it is the best by far.

It's a nice hotel with a good location. The staff could be a little more accomadating and the service in the bar could a be a lot better!! Plan lots of time for that drink!! The room seemed clean, except for the shower...it wasn't bad, but could have been a little better kept through the years. Might stay here again if it was $175 a night.
Loved the modern trend of this boutique hotel. The blue lights that illuminate the room were a great accent. Only complaint, no free Wi-Fi.
The hotel looked nice but it was pricey considering the mold in the bathroom wasn't Wat I expected for 300 a night . I like the decoration but not. The noise that comes from the club downstairs in the hotel ... Not to mention we had to wait extra because they had put our reservation for the day after when I had my reservation showing the right day n time . That was a no go !

Very small space for such price. Website was accurate in stating small room. However it was much too small for the price paid. Could have stayed in a hotel, bit further away, but compensated by the large space. No room to even put the luggage. And coffee/tea maker.... For NY that is low standard
The Dream Hotel is a nice place to stay. It has a cool dreamy style with blue lights throughout the room and a really cool tube aquarium in the lobby. Everybody was friendly and made you feel welcome and the service was good. It is a nice part of the city too. I would definitely consider returning to the Dream Hotel.
Very nice hotel, very modern and in a perfect location of Manhatton.
An interesting place. It is trying maybe a bit too hard to be a trendy boutique hotel like the Bowery or the Soho Grand. In reality is a notch under these. But for the price it was good and if you want to be in Times Square area it's great. Art and ambience contribute to a sexy atmosphere. Reasonable alternative for a romantic weekend.
This is a great hotel in a great location. This was my first time in New York and it could not have been a better place to stay. It's 5 - 10 minutes walk away from Central Park, 5th Avenue, Time Square and there is a subway station at the end of the street.
Great hotel,great bar,good experience.Only complaint would be the room was very small,but that didnt spoil a great weekend.
