The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable about facilities within the hotel and about events in Killarney
The only fault i would have and it is only a small one there is no tea making facility in the room.
The staff were really helpful, I needed a babysitter and they provided me with a contact and 30 mins later she was with me. The only disappoitment was that there was no gym with the leisure facilities at the sister hotel
I have stayed in Dromhall Hotel several times and the standard is always very good.What I like best is the helpfulness and friendliness of every member of staff.
Stayed for one night after the Billy Connelly show in the INEC. Which is only 10 min. walk away. Found everything to be excellent in the Dromhall Hotel Killarney. Will Return again.
We were very impressed with this hotel. However the breakfast was a bit bland.

Nice hotel generally and in a good location to town. Good breakfast and helpful staff. My only prob was the room smelled really bad of smoke even though we had requested a non smoking room. With the changes to the smoking laws in Ireland coming into effect, lets hope this will improve the rooms a little.
The TV channels were not set up correctly, a few they were blurred. Other than that, we were very happy with the entire service
our room had extraction fan out on the roof which was noisey even with the window closed and did not go off until oo.30hrs found it difficult to sleep until then,also we were not informed that a booking was required for kaynes bistro when we went there staff at the bistro made us feel out of place so we left and had our meal in the bar.
I think that 4* hotel should have an airconditioner sytem installed in all rooms. My room was facing afternoon sun and it was hot inside.
