Helpful management,comfortable rooms, very good value

i stayed here with my fiance and 2 year old son, fantastic location to carlton and the city, very clean, very nice, was a little worn and in need of a refurb but still a wonderful place to stay, we will be stayin here again next time we are in melb.

Excellent location. Restaurants, shops and transport to Melbourne City all within a few minutes from apartment. Service at Apartment very good and Managers extremely friendly and helpful. Would certinly stay there again and recommend it to others

Checked in after the arrival check in time and the room was not ready which put us behind in other areas we wanted to be. Room had plenty of space for what we needed-v good location and okay price. there is parking facilities which helps if you dont want to pay an extra $20 dollars. Overall good accommodation but not luxurious

fantastic location in the heart of Carlton. Off street parking was handy. Parked the car a walked everywhere. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the light in the toilet did not work, otherwise very good.

Nicely located clean and well appointed apartment, would definitely stay again when back in Melbourne.

This place was great, room to move, nothing fancy, but met all of the criteria. Easy to get to and walking distance of where I wanted to be.

This appartment had all you need, was comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, a one minute walk to Lygon Street and the free tourist shuttle.

Not given access number on arrival. Unable to contact owner/manager to get into building. No apology. Wardrobe smelt of stale clothing. Pillows smelt stale and were hard & lumpy. Place needs a clean-up and refurbishment. Great location close to Lygon St and CBD. There is better alternative accommodation in the area.

We were impressed with the service at Quest on Drummond - the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our late departure from Melbourne. Thanks very much. I will stay here again in the future.

Excellent appartment. Full facilities including full stove. I could do a roast if i wanted. Friendly service as they let me keep my bag at the unit till my flight that afternoon. Self check in easy and simple. Will definately say again. And only one block from Lygon Street!

This is a self catering/self service apartment with no livein staff. A very conveniently located (a couple of minutes walk to Lygon St restaurants) and clean basic apartment - we would book one there next time we come to Melbourne.

Good, basic apartment with everything needed and top location right next to Lygon Street. There is no onsite reception which can be inconvenient.

People wishing to stay here please note there is no reception area. You must ring a telephone number on the door and you will be given a pin number and directed to your room over the phone by the manager. I did not realise this and was lucky to have a mobile at my disposal.

I found the apartments to be exactly what I wanted. Excellent off-street parking, just the right size room and very good facilities.

Serviced apartment. Very good for my needs which was to have a "home" in Melbourne while studying. No reception, so need to contact the Quest before arrival to get the code to the door.

A good choice in the price range - very spacious apartment style accomodation and not too far out of the CBD - very very handy for renowned Lygon street.
