"There was no air-conditioning in my hotel room. The overhead fan was extremely loud when trying to sleep. Therefore the room was hot and stuffy. Opening the window was not an option as the hotel backs onto a main city area. " - Anonymous
"A delightful hotel in an excellent, most convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful. We will return." - Mark Evans
"Twin room very tight on space and the bathroom was about a metre wide with a sliding door, glass panel in it and no lock. (Raises privacy issues.) Double glazed French doors to balcony were amazingly effective at keeping noise of main station, trams and a building site out. Room design very attractive and modern. Excellent breakfast on second floor in clean and bright restaurant. Spanish recptionist (English-speaking) was ultra helpful and drew out a walking tour of the city on a large map she provided free. Ideal for rail users with super-modern tram link to city centre (or walk there in 20-30 minutes.)" - John Williams
"good double glazing gives adequate protection from the area of the train station.Decent modern rooms but the bathrooms are not suited to the guests with large frames" - peter fahy
