Du Parc Residence Montevrain

We received a room where the preveous guest "forgot" to tell the Hotel that they leaked/spilled on the carpet, but we didn't realize before the next morning. The reception was extreemly nice and compensated for the situation.

Its located very close to Dysney Land. however you need a car to go about. very convinient and ample free parking space.

Very very basic room, fold-out bed and not much space, but very clean. Room was equipped with fridge, microwave oven, and kitchen utensils. A 20 minute walk from Val D'Europe train station (and shopping center) and 7-minute bus ride from there as well.

no bood no drinks nothing. if you dont have a car you have to wait until next day to find something to eat... not really the best choice

Hotel was very good, we stayed for 2 nights and our only complaint would be that we had to book breakfast the night before (which we wasnt told on checkin) We was also told that breakfast wasnt served on sundays, yet it was. The hotel is newly built and is lovely and clean. 5 mins away from disneyland. very reasonably priced - will go back there is furture.

We booked this Hotal to go to Disneyland Paris and were pleasantly surprised how close it was to the Parks. The Hotel was roomy, clean and friendly.

We found the hotel easily but with no signage apart from a banner on the railing outside it looked liked a development of flats. Location is fantastic less than 5 minute drive to the parks and Val de Europe shopping centre is 2 mins away. The room was a good size, big bathroom with a great shower, the sofa bed for the kids was as good as our bed. kitchenette was very useful and Val de Europe has a huge supermarket for everything, but go to the Intermarche supermarket 2 minutes drive away in Montevrain, for fresh baked croissants in the morning. The reception staff were ok, they booked us in but that was it, no information given about the facilities. Hotel gate was strange, you have to ask someone to open it every time you want in or out as it has no sensor or buzzer. All in all it was a good hotel, very new so clean and comfy and the kitchenette was a bonus. We will definately stay here again purely for the great location it really is as close as you can get other than a Disney hotel.

Prfect location, only took us 3 minutes by car to the town and 7 minutes to the park, parking charges in the park where 8 euros which saved hassel of buses and trains, the accomodation was excellent value,very clean, the staff where friendly, the only downside was running in to get them to unlock the car park gate but at least it was secure. would highly recomend this accomodation and we will certainly be returning. The kitchen was small but who wants to spend thier holiday cooking! Have stayed in a few hotels in the area but this was by far the most suitable. would've been even better to have had a bar but we cant have it all! if your thinking of staying here you wont be disappointed, happy holiday!

Ridiculous system wherby you cannot get in or out of the hotel car park without going to reception. Excellent hotel brand new and modern.

Myself ,my husband and two small children stayed at the du parc residence recently and had a lovely stay even though the hotel was a little isolated, it was only a 7 minute drive to disney and a 2 minute drive to the shopping outlet village which was everything we wanted,The staff spoke little english, we tried remembering our school french lessons and we managed to understand each other,we found the staff pleasant and helpful unlike the other french people we came across.We would return to the hotel again.

Very good new hotel, rooms clean, tidy and very functional in an ideal location for euro disney (less than 2 miles to the back entrance of the parks). Breakfast was disappointing and access into the car park was a complete shambles as reception operate the automatic gate which they cannot see from their location.
