Good basic room. Comfortable bed. Hotel chosen for its great location and good breakfast although breakfast room is a bit small so you need to be early if you are pressed for time. Would stay here again but there is no air conditioning so it can be hot if the temperature gets up in the summer. Tea and coffee making facility in room.

Excellent value for money.

Nice central hotel. No parking close by. Walls between rooms are not soundproof. Close to transport at Paddington Railway Station, Queensway & Bayswater Tube Stations also. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast

A pleasant hotel in a good location. The street noise late at night was quite noticeable and there is no air conditioning making the rooms quite stuffy. Also the rooms are a little too small for comfort. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was fine, conveniently located to Queensway, Kensington Gardens and Oxford street. The breakfast (included) was more than I expected from a free continental brakfast. The only points are: the room was very small (to work with my laptop I had to sit on the bed) and the rate for WiFi internet access disproportional.

Although room was small (single occupancy) I was very comfortable there. Excellent discount via [your website].

Good, clean and cheap

The hotel was chosen for our 5 night stay in London through the Club because of location and pricing. Would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arose in the future.

Always good value but this time breakfast staff were very slow and confused with orders for cooked breakfasts.

Great location, very helpful and welcoming staff, small but clean rooms, good bathroom size. Only problem we had was we arrived when London was having a minor heat wave and the room had no air-conditoning, however as all good kiwis do we improvised with the fan provided, a window open and very little clothing when recovering from our trips around the city.

Very small rooms - even smaller bathroom .. a bit pricey for the size of the room. Convenient location though !!

The receptionist who checked me in was superb, and the breakfast was basic, but adequate and good value. I will return and recommend it to my friends.

The staff at this hotel are superb, a rare thing in the UK. I always try to stay here whenever in London.

Comfortable and convenient location. Lacks services, but room was spacious and clean.

Decent clean hotel in a quiet area and good for train/tube connections. Interesting old creaky and somewhat scary lift which dropped a floor without warning which would no doubt have un-nerved the delicate! Good for price, would stay again.

This hotel represents excellent value for money. The english breakfasts are cooked to order and it was the best cooked breakfast i ever have in a UK hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, but small room. Near to the bus and underground, 5 minutes by bus to Oxford Street. Really nice hotel!
