The Duke's Apartments provide self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in central Perth and north of the city. The Empire and Viscount Apartments are located in residential complexes with pools. They both have balconies overlooking the pool, and parking for 1 car. The 2 bedroom Duchess Apartment is located in a hotel style complex, with a rooftop, heated swimming pool, gym and parking for 1 car. Note, this apartment does not have a balcony, spa, or sauna. Note: Sorry but parties of any type are not allowed in the apartments. If Caretakers report parties taking place you will be asked to leave.

Getting there:

The key will be left in a locked box at the apartment. After booking you must contact us as soon as possible for details on apartment address, how to pick up the key and the PIN for the locked box. We do not have a reception at any of the apartments. Email bookings@dukesapartments.com. A valid Visa, MasterCard or Amex is required for a fully refundable bond, to cover any additional costs. This must be supplied before the day of arrival, to ensure there is no delay with key pickup.

Car parking:
Duke's Apartments provide 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in different complexes in Hay and Wellington St. The 3 bedroom apartments are accessed by stairs. Free undercover, secure, parking is provided for 1 car in all city apartments. All apartments are in complexes with communal pools. Sorry parties and "schoolies" are not permitted in our apartments.

Child Policy:
Children are welcome in all apartments. A cot and highchair are provided at no extra cost.

Modern, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom self-contained air-conditioned apartment in Hay St. Walk to the City or use the free city bus zone. Also on the free Red CAT bus route. Sleeps 6 adults, cot and high chair available free of charge. Outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter) and gym. No balcony. 1 queen bed, 1 double with single bunk above and 1 single bed. Hotel style complex.

Viscount Apartment -Wellington St-3 bedrooms,1 bth

A quality, 3 bedroom, and 1 bathroom 2 WC apartment at the eastern end of CBD. The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with swimming pool. The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in one room, and a double with single bunk in the 3rd, other providing generous accommodation for 7 adults. We can put up a cot, if required. All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay. The bathroom incorporates its own mini-laundry complete with a washing machine. Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are provided. The lounge and dining accommodation overlook a large balcony which looks down over the pool and garden area.
