The Duret Hotel Palace is a true gem. Believe all the photos on their website. I travel a lot through Europe and have had a fair share of the bad, good and very good. This hotel is extremely well-located, just minutes away from the Arc and Place Charles de Gaulle, and even closer to the Argentine Metro station. The best thing is that the hotel is tucked away on a little street so it's very quiet, but it takes 1 minute to walk to all the action. There are wonderful restaurants and boulangeries next to the hotel, along with a supermarket. You cannot fault the rooms either - very clean and quite spacious for a European hotel to be honest. Avoid Level 1 if you are a non-smoker. We stayed on that level and our room smelt a little of smoke, but I didn't mind. Levels 2-5 are non-smoking I think. Internet is free too. A plus.
modern & design hotel - recently refurbished. Superior room is large with a separate dressing. good location - 150 m from the metro.
Hotel Duret is everything the past reviews has told us to be! Our triple room was huge. The reception was so friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the bathroom and its amenities. It's nestled in a quiet location around 5minutes walk to metro argentine. It's very close to a thai food, a fabulous french bakery and it has a nice view of eiffel at the end of the street! Don't visit Paris on Sunday though, coz a lot of shops are closed, and most restaurants are open for lunch-dinner. Nevertheless we are happy with Duret Hotel and we can't wait to go back to Paris and stay there! Thank you for such a unforgettable experience!
The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms had windows. The staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate. Location depends on your needs, it's not on the Champs Elyees but on the other side of the Arc about 10 mins. walk. Didn't check if it had a pool or gym, probably not, but I wasn't planning to use those facilities. I enjoyed my stay. Would use it again.
A really lovely, quiet boutique hotel very centrally located with friendly staff.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Duret Hotel in Paris. The hotel was in a good location, close to many attractions. The hotel was clean and the service that we received was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we would stay there again when we are in paris.
Service and decor excellent. I would recommendit. If being picky I would suggest housekeeping could be slicker. Glass shelf in bathroom dusty and stain on chair. Paintwork scruffed and needs touching up. But overall very good. Quality of breakfast excellent and the juice deserves special mention!
The best little boutique hotel we've stayed at. Nice room, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good location and reasonably priced. We wish we could take this hotel with us on our travels. My highest recommendation!
Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The next time we visit Paris we will stay there again.
Had a great time, excellent location, facilities and most helpful staff. Would certinly go back to this hotel.
fantastic hotel - great service
first class hotel within walking distnce to most sites loved this hotel and will be back
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful both on checking in and out. The size of the bedroom (superior) was pleasingly bigger than other Paris hotels I've stayed in. The round-Paris bus tours (Arc de Triomphe)and airport bus are both about a 10 min walk away. Ideal.
The staff were very helpful & breakfast was good for continental. We would certainly recommend it.
beautiful hotel and lovely service!!
Excellent boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, who try to help with any inquiries you may have. Clean and pleasant. We had a superior room which was just right, so I don't know if a standard room would be small. It's a 10 minute walk from Arc du Triumph. Very good choice.
A very nice place in Paris with modern decoration.
Great hotel, friendly staff and lovely breakfasts. Ideal location for those running the marathon as it is a couple of mins walk from both the start and finish.
We'd certainly stay there again. The area seemed to be a quiet residential area with lovely local shops and restaurants but 10 min walk in different directions and you have the eifle tower or the arch de triomphe .It's a small hotel but beautifully appointed We had a lovely room and the staff we meet were exceptionally helpful and courteous.
The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. It's a wonderful place to stay.
