Coaches from London Luton and London Stansted airports stop in Gloucester Place, a five minute walk from the hotel.

The room facilities could have been better and the room was small. The shower, over the high-sided bath, would have been difficult to access for elderly or incapacitated individuals and there was no anti-slip mat. There was no safe and no facilities for tea and coffee making. For the price, I would have expected these.
The hotel was perfect for us, quiet and clean and very close to everything we wanted to see in London.
