Very nice hotel
Swimming pools are great, location great close to the sea close to downtown pattaya. however vieuw from the room ( superior garden) was the roof of the atrium.
really nice hotel and fairly nice staff - not sure what happened with my included breakfast but i was told it wasnt included, and that i should purchase "club membership" for internet, breakfast and use of cafe lounge facilities - quite expensive at close to 2000 baht per day - the manager of club lounge was a little rude, otherwise a great hotel and i will return.
This was my 23rd stay at the Dusit, I love it. I do think it is a little over priced for what they offer & would like to see some kind of appreciation for the loyalty I have shown over the years. having said that I will go back again in Nov this year
Although set a little bit away from the main beach drag it's only a short five minute ride in a baht bus away. Great breakfast. The beach area is a little bit short but lazing on the deck chairs set up on the terrace facing the ocean is highly recommended. Especially watchingthe sun set over the top of you cocktail glass or beer. Will definitely stay here again.
Compared to Dusit Hua Hin, we're a little biased on Dusit Pattaya. Didn't like most: traffic noise from hotelside road. Like most: big pool, ABF, Dusit care (evening & poolside drinking water). For nonThai, it's perfect hotel with the air of resort (sea, sun, beachwind but limited sand) and downtown needs (restaurant, shopping centre) just in front of hotel gate. Good for short break anyway. Thanks to your website that gave room to me at very short notice.
A well established resort that continues to offer a relaxing 5 star experience. A realy great stay, time was too short. We will be back!
Location of Dusit is not in the heart of town.Hotel have poor limo service - we wanted to use the limo service a couple of times but there were no cars available. Has to resort using the 'taxis' which are open top pickups. Good selection of breakfast. Rooms average - Hua Hin would be a better choice of location if looking for a pleasant stay.
I stayed in this resort for two days in a sperior room with sea view. The service is really outstanding. The location is strategic and convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent. Highly recommended for those who like a relaxing atmosphere but at the same time very close to the bustling pattaya!
Limited soft drink in Mini Bar, Hotel was not very friendly compared to others in same Area. To be fair, the Hotel was under renovation. Excellent views of Bay, excellent facilities. I just didn't feel like I was very welcome. Food was excellent. The resort lacked a vibrant atmosphere.

The Dusit is well positioned close to the town and the night life while still being quiet in its own grounds. Three very good swimming pools.
