"The Duxton is in a great location for shopping, museum and restaurants. I felt the hotel rooms were looking abit tired and could do with a makeover especially the bathrooms.
reception staff ere good, however bar and breakfast staff could be more efficient.

"I was surprised at the outdated decor and chattels in the room. For a 5 star hotel and a club room I expected more. The paintwork on the window sill was flaking off, which made it look dirty and untidy. However the staff were very nice and helpful and the service was excellent.
