"Good location from Paddington station which connects directly to Heathrow! Besides being a fully self contained room with kitchen, toilet, fridge and irons, the staff (esp the housekeeper) was very friendly, courteous and understanding. The surrounding area also has a good spread of restaurants, supermarkets and transport. Cheers! Thanks i enjoyed my stay!" - Anonymous

"I don't know how this came to be rated 4 star. I booked a single and found no self catering facilities, no soap, hair dryer, tissue etc at all. I complained and was moved to a twin room which had what basic facilities but still no hair dryer, tissues, etc. I had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities and was asked if I wanted tea or coffee and was supplied with only coffee.
Staff were helpful, but the cleaning was not good, and it was generally very basic. I would give it only 2 stars." - Anonymous
