Dynasty Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Very freindly Hotel but in need of refurbishing especially carpets in rooms and bathroom tiles. The staff were very good and food good.

Just an OK hotel. Looks like it would have been a great hotel in its prime, but now it is a bit run down and in need of renovations. Plus is that the standard room are very large.

I really liked this hotel with great views from the bedroom. Excellent breakfast and amazing value for money. Superb reception staff.

Took almost an hour to check in. Room was near the top floor but we got all the road noise. There was a problem with the lights which took 4 phone calls to get someone to reset the fuse. Apart from that, the location was good as was the buffet breakfast

The refrigerator never functioned. I reported it twice but they never fixed it. The bed that I used was not functioning well and was also reported but they never fixed it too.

Great gym, good all round for the price.

The hotel was ok, the restaurant was nice but the hous keeping was well below par with the Air cond in the room not blowing cold I complained to no avail and also requested for an Iron but never ever saw one

Good hotel, but the staff are pretty disorganised.

In general it was good value. It let itself down with rather threadbare towels and a bit of a worn out shower although it all worked OK. Whilst bedding was clean the room needed a good spring clean. We had a great view of the twin towers. Disappointed that internet charges worked on an elapse time system (i.e. you pay for four hours even if you only need 20 minutes per day) so didn't use this which I would have liked.

given a bad room to start with but complained and got a reasonable room. the foyer very impressive but the rooms not as good. monorail a few minutes down the road is good. A hospital near by is great 24 hour g.p. service. still has people smoking in some areas of the hotel.

We are a group of 27 people and we stayed in a combination of double and triple rooms. All the rooms were neat and clean and with a very good view of the klcc tower and petronas tower. The buffet breakfast was extremely good and we enjoyed every bit of our stay and came back with very good memories of the hotel and our trip. our sincere thanks to the hotel authorities for making our stay so memorable.Our children enjoyed the trip very well thank you

Has been a "grand old girl" in her day, but showing signs of wear, however good value for money.

Hotel would have been top in its heyday, now getting a bit faded. It is clean and the staff are freindly and helpful, not bad at the price.

room was cleaned daily, clean sheets and towels. decor was dated and average but for the price --ya gets what ya pays for--great views of the towers from our room on the 25th floor good access to the rail and monorail (10 minutes walk) and the Mall (15 min walk) Cafes on each side of the hotel and the curryhouse across the road were well worth a visit (very reasonably priced)

Cost of taxis to the center vary based on time. Off hours 6 ringetts, late at night 20. A 6-7 min. walk to the monorail at the end-of-line Titiwanga station with service to the Golden Triangle shopping/ business hub. Buffet breakfast very adequate, good roof top pool and a well-equipped gym on the floor below. Would I return for the price, yes.

Extremely good service and food. I would highly recommend this hotel and I do hope to visit Dynasty Hotel again in the new future.

The room had a very heavy smell of cigarretes with two visible signs of cigarette burns on the furniture. Supposedly the room was 'no smoking'. Paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom and a cockroach made an appearance there. Grouting between the tiles was filthy. Breakfast was excellent, staff polite and the faclities very acceptable - just the bedroom was well below par.

You get what you pay for. Bed sheets are clean and the aircon works. What more do you want for the price?

Very long time to check in and quite long to check out. Too small desks compared to hotel size.

The hotel is a bit rundown. The bath room is ordinary. Only bath towels, soap & shampoo are provided and don't expect too much. The location is close to monorail and light right, however, crossing the roads to the stations need to be careful. Though there are pedestrian crossings, the drivers rarely give way.
